An exciting journey from survey to success in Margate Old Town. A remarkable project on a Grade II listed building, the former home of William Pitt the Younger - known famously as the youngest Prime Minister of the UK.

From a meticulous survey to exploring spatial opportunities through concept design, every step was a nod to preserving and reinstating the rich heritage of the 19th Century building - whilst creating a modern residential retreat by the sea.

We applied for and obtained Listed Building Consent on first application and are proud of the whole team's dedication in bringing this piece of history back to life!
